Whether you are a sole trader, partnership or limited company we can offer a book-keeping service to suit your needs. From the very first day of trading, businesses are legally required to keep a record of all financial transactions. Keeping up to date records also helps with business decisions, planning and control.
Remote Book-keeping
This is our most popular choice of service for many of our clients. We can access your cloud based accounts system remotely using our computers, with your invitation and a secure login.
Depending on the level of support you need, we can collect paperwork to be processed and drop off once completed, depending on location. You can drop off and collect your paperwork from us. Or you can send us your paperwork electronically.
Almost all of the accounting software packages today operate on a Cloud based system providing easy and convenient remote access wherever and whenever you need it.
Not Computerised!
If you are not ready to transition to a computerised or cloud based accounting system, or you just want to stay as you are, then we can still help. Bring us your receipts and paperwork and we can process these onto various spreadsheets to produce a set of financial reports and data for you to present to your accountant.
Working from your office
We can visit your office/business premises periodically to suit you. This maybe annually, quarterly, monthly or bi-monthly, or whatever your business requirements are.
We would arrive fully equipped with our own laptop, or if you prefer, we are happy to use your office equipment.
We don't provide mobile printing facilities, however we are happy to carryout any printing requirements from our office and forward to you.

HMRC Online Submissions
We are registered agents with HMRC and can prepare and submit your monthly/quarterly VAT, EC Sales and CIS Returns online.
You can either authorise us as an agent to make submissions or we can assist you and make submissions using your own HMRC Gateway details.
